Enviromat is Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) made oh high quality polypropylene geotextile and
premium grade Australian sodium bentonite, bonded together by needle punching process.
This product functions as a very low permeability clay layer which provides the same hydraulic
protection as a thick compacted clay liner with a natural self healing capabilities upon its hydration.
Enviromat needle-punched construction provides many important advantages :
Million of fibre bonds reinforce and encapsulate the bentonite, preventing movement during transportation, installation and during hydration
Interlocked internal fibres transmit shear forces in all directions
