Application: FLOATING COVER SYSTEM

Keep Your Liquid Clean

As our commitment to enviromental issue, PT Tetrasa Geosinindo as a geosynthetic specialist company offers a sophisticated system to keep your liquid clean or prevent unhealthy odor from your liquid waste disturb your surrounding community.



There are two (2) sub-systems to the liquid containment lining system, i.e :

1. Pond Lining

A Geomembrane lining system directly laid on sub-grade to prevent liquid or waste infiltrate into ground. The lining system could incorporate GSE HDPE (High Density Polyethelene) geomembrane, GCL (Geosynthetic Clay Liner) or any impermeable lining recommended.


2. Floating Cover

A Layer of geomembrane floated on the liquid. The layer is constructed of GSE HDPE geomembrane with configuration of float and sand ballasts tube attached. the configurations are used to create drainage sumps that collect storm water for the removal into drainage system. the configuration also arranged to acommodate excess of cover material while the liquid pounded arises. Floats and ballasts are assembled from HDPE tube material for maximum longetivity.


In between the sub-system, a gas collection network could be incorporated for odor control and anaerobic digestion.
